We ship globally with particular focus on the following countries where we offer ordering in their local currency:

Free Shipping for following countries
- Australia: Free express shipping for orders above 99 AUD
- Singapore: Free standard shipping for orders above 90 SGD*
- New Zealand: Free express shipping for orders above 100 NZD
*Express shipping costs extra to countries other than Australia and New Zealand. Free standard shipping only available for orders 1000 AUD or lower (or equivalent in local currency). This offer is not available to business customers.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends and public holidays. At checkout you will receive estimated delivery days based on your location.
- Australia: 4-6 business days via Australia Post
- New Zealand: 6-8 business days via Australia Post
- Singapore: 5-8 business days
- United Kingdom: 9-12 business days
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that customs duties will apply for all orders above 1000 AUD or the equivalent in local currency. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay any import duties and relevant taxes, which vary for all countries.
Processing Time
- All order are processed in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- The processing time varies significantly during peak shopping period and can go up to 5 business days.
