Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know right away so we can fix it quickly.
Exchanges
we currently do not offer change of mind exchange. So please ensure that you do your due diligence before ordering.
Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery.
OMSORG does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or perceived lack of results.
Refunds
After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
