Dosage by Age and NMN Use:
Under 40: (Recommended for adults only)
Without NMN: Aim for 500mg per day
With NMN: Increase to 1000 mg per day
Ages 40-60:
Without NMN: Take 500mg to 750mg daily.
With NMN: Increase to 1000 mg to 1500 mg daily.
60 and Over:
Without NMN: Recommended dosage is 750mg to 1000mg per day.
With NMN: Increase to 1500 mg to 2000mg per day.
Storage: Please store in cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
Not to taken by children under 15 years old.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.
Do not take this while on Warfarin therapy without consulting your medical practitioner
