Can I request a refund or return the product?
OMSORG offers free 60 day returns to all customer on their first order, if you are not happy with the product simply email us and we will refund your money on first order, no questions asked. Please refer our returns policy for more details.
How do subscriptions work?
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it through your account login. If you want to cancel or change the frequency of your subscription, you can do it at any time.
Can I mix your products in a smoothie?
Yes, you can.
Can I take your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We highly recommend consulting your doctor before commencing any new supplement whilst pregnant or breastfeeding and its always best to be observe caution.
